Vessel, Bes faced cup,. A terracotta moulded cup with a finely detailed face of the lion maned deity Bes on either side wearing what looks like a cloth on his head which is roled up into small volutes over either ear. A pseudo handle, also shaped like a volute. A large fired pottery accidental inclusion in the pottery has caused a rim flaw and there is also a small rim chip, otherwise intact and fine.
