Shabti of Queen Qedmerut Third Intermediate Period 22 nd Dynasti

Shabti of Queen Qedmerut, wife of Osorkon ll. A mummyform ushebti with uraeus belonging to the Gods wife of Amun (Divine Adoratrice) and wife of Pharaoh Osorkon ll, Qedmerut. The ushebti is in green faience with traces of the original black painted details to the face, basket, tools and inscription. Intact inscriptions on other examples read " The Osiris, Lord of the Two Lands, the Divine Adoratrice Qedmerut". traces of her name and cartouche are visible. There is a chip to the toe, otherwise intact. Mounted on a base, beneath which the original sale label is attached. Third Intermediat Period, 22 nd Dynasti. H 10 cm.
